1. Drag and drop players into a team
Once you have set up a team, you can simply drag & drop players into it.
Open the competition in TeamBuilder your team is entered into.
Hover over a registrant, click and drag & drop them onto the top of a team icon. You can click on the Team to open it and see that the person has been added to the team.
Note: You can change the database that your displayed registrants are pulling from by clicking the drop-down beside the word People and selecting an alternative database.
Note: if the player registration for associated to the team has fields which have not been answered by the registrant previously, the registration form will open automatically to allow you to enter the required information.
You can close this pop-up requesting further information, however the registrant will be flagged to show that there is further action required before they are okay to play.
Click the magnifying glass against the players name from the In a team view on the left to return to the form so that it can be updated.
The registrant will be flagged with a ! beside their name in their Team, as well they will be displayed in red until they have been actioned according to the requirements of the flag.
Click the ! to learn more about the further action that is required. Sending the registrant an email to update their details will only allow them to update their contact details as the additional fields required to be completed by the administrator are admin only.

Team Managers can send a unique link to people for them to register directly to their team.
This link can be copied and sent to players via any communication method like Facebook, making it quick and easy for players to be added to the team. This removes the need for a team manager or administrator to collect personal details from players and ensures the correct details are entered.
