From TeamBuilder you can export reports by clicking the Export icon found on the top right of the TeamBuilder tool page.
Select the Grade(s) and Team(s) that you want to include in the export, then select the Report type you want to export.

The screenshots below show different Report examples depending on the organisation.
Click Export once you have selected the report settings you require. This will export as a CSV file (except Squadsheets are emailed as PDFs).
Examples of the Report Types
Teams
This report displays all the teams that have entered into the competition.
The export also includes a list of Team Access Codes used for scoring games.
Team Contacts
This report displays the team contact details for each team. Team contacts include the permission of Team Admin and any of the Roles other than Player i.e. Coach, Manager etc.
Registrants
This report displays participants registered to the competition that have been allocated into a team. It does not include participants that are 'Not in a team'. The export includes all fields from the underlying registration form.
Player Eligibility
Where games are scored using a Sporty live scoring app, this report displays details of players game details. Often used for eligibility reporting. For example, it includes the number of games played, minutes played and games played up.
Player Stats
This report displays each players statistics. For example the number of goals or misses recorded.
Events Report (for individual events)
This report displays each event entry where grades have been set as an 'Individual Event'. Each individual has as a new line. The event and qualifying time/distance is shown.
Fixture Team Sheets
This report displays all Minutes Played, Goals, Penalties, Yellow Cards, Red Cards, Player Number, Captain, Goalkeeper and if they were a Starting Player. The report will run across all fixtures within the Superform Start/End Date that belong to the competition that the report is run for.
Squadsheets
This generates a PDF version of the Squadsheet for each team included in the selection. The report will be emailed to the logged in user.
Premier Team Report
Available to competition organisers for school sport competitions.
This report displays the registration and School Roll details of players in Premier teams, including details regarding whether a student has had an interschool transfer approved.
A premier team is one created in a grade that has had the New to School quota set in the grade eligibility area.
Note: This export uses data from student’s School Roll records. If a student in a premier team doesn’t have a School Roll record, their row in the report will be empty in most columns. In TeamBuilder, students without a School Roll record will show with a red ! in their team and will have the text ‘Update Roll’ in their Quota column. You can create a new record for the student by clicking the red ! and then the ‘Update Roll’ button in the modal that opens, or by clicking the ‘Update Roll’ hyperlinked text in their Quota column. This will open the School Roll form with some details automatically populated. Fill in any remaining required details and then click ‘Submit’ to finish creating the School Roll record for the student.
Team Entry Details
This report shows details entered on the Team Entry form, including any additional question fields added to the Team Entry form eg. What level is your team at?
