TeamBuilder: Export Function

From TeamBuilder you can export four types of reports by clicking the Export icon found on the top right of the TeamBuilder tool page.

Select the grades and teams that you want to include in the export, then select the type of report you want to export. 

Report Types

The Report Types shown below may not be applicable to all organisations. 

• Teams
• Team Contacts
• Registrants
• Player Eligibility
• Player Stats
• Events Report
• Squadsheets

Click Export once you have selected the report settings you require. This will export as a CSV file.

Examples of the Report Types

Teams

This report displays all the teams that have entered into the competition.

Team Contacts

This report displays the team contact details for each team.

Registrants

This report displays all those who have registered to the competition. All fields from the form are shown. 

Player Eligibility

This report displays each players eligibility. For example, it includes the number of games played, minutes played and games played up.

Player Stats

This report displays each players statistics. For example the number of goals or misses recorded.

Events Report (for individual events)

This report displays each event entry an individual has as a new line. The event and qualifying time/distance is shown.

Squadsheets

This option will export a PDF version of the Squadsheet to the email address of the logged in user.
