Grade eligibility refers to the criteria that determine whether a registrant is eligible for a particular grade. A warning will display if a registrant is entered into a grade that they are not eligible to compete in.

Grade Eligibility
Individuals can be placed into teams with grades via TeamBuilder that they are ineligible to enter, but will be flagged with a ! warning in the team modal and their name will be displayed in red. When an individual is ineligible due to School Sport eligibility requirements the team will be displayed with a red outline. It is up to the school/club to either remove the player from the team or to request an exemption from the competition owner.
Note: Grade eligibility criteria are only applied to registrants with the role of Player or Participant.
Team Modal Warning for Ineligible Participants
If a participant is ineligible to enter, due to not meeting the eligibility requirements, they will display a ! against their person in TeamBuilder. Example displayed below.
Clicking the ! will display a message similar to the below. This will vary depending on the reason why the participant is flagged.
Teams containing individuals registrations that don't meet School Sport eligibility restrictions will be displayed with a red outline.
