Football Federations: Viewing a player’s registrations with other Federations in SuperCRM

This article is for Football Federation administrators.

The Registrations tab on a player’s SuperCRM record shows their football and futsal registrations across New Zealand, including registrations at clubs in other Federations. This lets you check where a player is registered nationally, and review disciplinary cases from other Federations before you decide on a sanction. Registrations with other Federations are view only, so you can see them but can’t change them.

Who Can See Registrations With Other Federations

Only Football Federation administrators can see a player’s registrations with other Federations. This covers every football and futsal registration the player has, whichever Federation it’s with.

You’ll see them for any player you can already find in SuperCRM. This includes registrations from any season, before and after the player was registered with your Federation.

Note: Clubs and can’t see registrations with other Federations.

Viewing A Player’s National Registration History

  1. Once logged in to your Federation’s Sporty site, click Dashboard, then click the SuperCRM tile.
  2. Search for the player and click into their record.
  3. Click the Registrations tab.

What each type of registration looks like

The Registrations tab shows three kinds of registration:

  • Your Federation’s registrations - Click the magnifying glass icon to view or update them, click the + icon to approve a pending registration, and delete or roll forward registrations where those icons are shown
  • Disciplinary cases from other Federations - These are also greyed out, but have a magnifying glass icon so you can view the full case
  • Registrations with other Federations - These have greyed-out text and no icons. You can see the SP Reference, Date, Year, Organisation, Form, Grade, Team, Roles, and Status, but you can’t open, edit, approve, delete, or roll them forward

Viewing Disciplinary Cases From Other Federations

You can open a disciplinary case created by any Federation, so you can see a player’s full disciplinary history.

  1. On the player’s Registrations tab, find the greyed-out disciplinary case.
  2. Click the magnifying glass icon.
  3. The full disciplinary case opens. Every question is read only, and there’s no Submit button, so nothing can be saved or changed.

Note: Only disciplinary cases can be opened. Other registrations with another Federation can’t be opened.
