A tag is another way to group people or organisations, in addition to grouping by registration values. Tags are created in settings and you can filter people or organisations by this tag later on.

Create a Tag
- Click Settings at the top right of your screen.
2. This modal will pop up. Click the drop-down for Tags.
3. Click +Add Tag.
4. Click where it says Tag Label and enter the name that you want to call the tag.
For example: Management.
5. Click the floppy disc icon to save the tag
6. Your new tag will now sit under the Tags drop-down. Click Save at the bottom right before exiting this screen to ensure that your tag is saved.
You can edit your tag by clicking the pencil icon beside the tag, or you can delete your tag by clicking the rubbish bin. To do either of these actions, you will prompted to confirm your choice to ensure no error is made.
Add a tag
You can add a tag or tags to records once they have been created. Tags are keywords that are added to records to easily identify specific people at a glance.
To add a tag to an individual record, click the person record then click Tags underneath their profile image. You will be presented with the list of tags that have been created for you to choose from. Choose which tag or tags you want to assign to the person then click Save to save the modifications. The tags will then show against the person.
1. Filter your results, or select those that you want to apply a tag or tags against. Then click Apply Tag. Note: This will perform this action on all the results selected.
2. A drop-down will appear with the list of tags created. Select those that you want by ticking the checkbox beside the tag. Once you have selected the tag or tags you require, click Apply.
3. You will be asked to confirm your selection as you will be making changes to the selected records.
4. Any record with a tag will be displayed under the Tags column to the right so that at a glance, the administrator can see the information.
Edit a Tag
1. Click Settings for your SuperCRM and navigate to the Tags section of the People Tab.
2. Click the edit pencil icon for the respective Tag that you want to edit.
3. Update the Tag Label, then click the floppy disc icon to save your changes.
4. A prompt will pop-up to notify you of the changes you are about to make. Proceed as appropriate.
5. Click Save once you have made your changes.
Delete a Tag
1. Click the trash can icon beside the tag that you want to delete.
2. A prompt will pop-up to notify you of the changes you are about to make. Please note that these changes are permanent and cannot be undone. Proceed as appropriate.
3. Click Save to apply these changes.
