Once Online Payments (VostroPay/POLi) or Xero/MYOB have been enabled, you can update the default settings you want each form to adopt. Forms can be individually updated to override the defaults if required.
Important: Default settings only apply to new forms. Any existing forms will need to be updated manually - go to the form, edit it, and update the settings in the products section. Any existing registrations made against existing forms won't be effected.

Update Your Default Settings
Update the default settings for how you'd like Online Payments (VostroPay/POLi) or your Xero/MYOB integration to behave.
To get to your payment settings, login to your Sporty site and head to your Dashboard then click the Admin Settings tile,
then select Connections.
There are two areas, both where default settings are setup; Payments (VostroPay/POLi) and Accounting (Xero/MYOB).
Connections: Payments
Under the Payments tab you'll find two things: your connected payment methods, and the related default form settings.
Each payment method will show one of three statuses:
- Connected - enabled and ready to go
- Not connected - enabled but not yet set up (e.g. login details still need to be entered)
- Not enabled - not switched on yet
Payments: Default Form Settings
Set the default form settings regarding payments, you'd like each new form to inherit. You can individually update forms to override the default setting if required.
- Add an email address to receive a copy of each transaction receipt.
- Enable Partial Payments.
- Pass the transaction fees on to the registrant by enabling "Adjust the price to include the transaction fee".
Transaction Receipt
Enter the email address you'd like a copy of the transaction receipt sent to - typically your treasurer or whoever looks after payments.
This can be updated against each individual form if required, see here for more information.
Note: this is separate from the registration confirmation email - it's just the payment receipt.
Connections: Accounting
Under the Accounting tab you'll find three things: your connected accounting software, general settings and the default form settings. Click the appropriate article below for further information on how to set these fields.
