A VostroPay Settlement Report is available in Online Registrations, making it easier to view your VostroPay payouts and match them against your registrations - all without leaving Sporty.
The report displays each payout made to you by VostroPay and further allows you to view which individual transactions make up each payout. This report will assist you when manually reconciling the bulk payout received into the bank.
Accessing the VostroPay Settlement Report
1. From the Dashboard, go to Online Registrations, then click VostroPay Settlement Report.
Note: You can run the "Payment Report" for Credit/Debit cards; this will show you the data captured via Sporty, whereas the VostroPay Settlement Report will show you the data captured via VostroPay.
2. View all payouts made from VostroPay into your nominated bank account based on the year that's selected.
3. Click View beside the payout to view what individual transactions make it up.
4. The individual transactions which make up the payout will be listed here.
