The Results Manager permission allows you to log in to the Draws & Results widget to submit fixture scores for your Club or School, or Competition.
To assign this permission, an existing site administrator must either invite a new user or update the permissions of an existing administrator.
If you are an administrator with Webmaster permissions, you can also view or update your own permissions, using the same process as editing any other admin within your organisation. See links below for more help:
For more information on the different administrator permissions, please refer to this article.
There are several ways to enter a score for a fixture:

Which fixtures can a Results Manager submit a score for?
A Results Manager can submit scores for any fixture associated with their organisation.
-
If you are associated with the organisation that owns the competition, you can submit scores for all fixtures within that competition.
-
If you are associated with a Club or School that has entered a competition run by another organisation, you can only submit scores for fixtures involving your own Club or School.
Example: If you're a Club or School participating in a Netball Centre competition, you’ll only be able to submit results for your own games.
However, if you're a Results Manager for the Netball Centre, you'll be able to submit results for all fixtures within the competition.
Scoring a Fixture
1. Click Score Game underneath the fixture you would like to score - see here or here if you don't see this option for a fixture that you expect to be able to score.
2. The Match Centre modal will open directly on the Score Game tab. From here you are able to:
- View the teams involved in the fixture.
- Enter a score for the fixture.
- Select a status for the fixture.
- Confirmed
- Win by default
- Lose by default
- Please refer to your competition regulations regarding defaulted fixtures if you are submitting a fixture with a status of win/lose by default.
- Leave a comment for the fixture.
Once all details are entered, click Submit.
The score and status will be submitted to the competition owner and displayed in the widget. The comment will be visible to you and other admins from your organisation and will also appear on your team's Teamsheet. It will not be visible to the opposing team.
The Submit button will be disabled and a checkbox with a warning will be displayed if you are attempting to score a fixture that is scheduled for a future date. Check the checkbox to re-enable the Submit button and proceed with entering a result.
Note: Entering the results for a game that is in the future, will redirect you to the Info tab. However, if the game is being played today, you’ll be taken straight to the Score Game tab instead as expected.
FAQs
Q: How do I add set scores for the fixture?
A: Some sports (volleyball, badminton, etc.) allow you to submit individual set scores for a fixture. These set scores are used to automatically calculate the final score.
If enabled, you'll see an Advanced button under the Score heading. Click this to open the Set Score modal.
In the Set Score modal,
- click + Add Set to add a new row for a set score
- enter the set score in the fields
- click the save (floppy disk) icon. Clicking + Add Set again will automatically save the score for the set you just scored.
You can also edit or delete a set's score using the pencil or bin icons.
As you enter scores, the number of sets won, total points, and points earned for the fixture will be automatically calculated at the bottom of the modal.
Once all set scores are entered and saved, click Save to submit the fixture score.
Q: What happens if a Results Manager from the other team has already submitted a score?
A: You can still submit a score for a fixture, even if the opposing team’s Results Manager has already submitted theirs.
-
If the score matches, nothing changes.
-
If the score differs, the fixture will be marked as disputed - indicated by the score showing in red.
When a fixture is disputed:
-
A Results Manager from either team can edit the score.
-
If the updated score matches the opposing team’s score, the dispute is resolved - the score will turn green and become locked (no longer editable).
-
If the updated score still differs, the fixture remains disputed.
Q: Can I edit a score after submitting it?
A: If you’re a Results Manager for a club or school, you usually can’t edit the score after submission.
-
-
The only exception is if the fixture is disputed (see above).
-
If a score was submitted in error, please contact the competition organiser.
-
If you’re a Results Manager for the competition owner, you can edit any score in competitions owned by your organisation.
Q: Why can't I score a fixture that I haven't submitted a score for?
A: The Score Game option will be removed if a score has already been submitted by:
-
The competition owner in SKED
-
A Results Manager from the competition owner’s organisation via the widget
-
A scorer from your organisation using the app
Q: What sports use Set Scores?

- Bowls
- Squash
- Table Tennis
- Tennis
