The Admin Settings area is where default contact details are set for the site administrator, transfers administrator, and for the contact in charge of entering teams to competitions. It is important to ensure that these details are kept up to date.

Login to your Sporty site, click the Dashboard on the top left, then click the Admin Settings tile.
On the Admin Settings page scroll down to the Contact Details section.
Fields for Contact Details
Main Site Contact
These details are what pull through to the Contacts section of the mobile app. All organisations can download the free Sporty App to access their site.
1. First Name: the first name of the main site contact.
2. Last Name: the last name of the main site contact.
3. Email: the email of the main site contact.
4. Designation: the designated role of the site contact, e.g. administrator, sports coordinator, secretary.
5. Phone One: the primary contact number of the main site contact.
6. Phone Two: the secondary contact number of the main site contact.
Transfers Contact
If your organisation has transfers enabled, enter the contact details of the person responsible for looking after transfers into these fields. When a transfer request is made, it will be received by the contact set here.
7. Transfer Email: the email address of the contact who is responsible for transfers.
8. Phone One: the phone number of the contact person responsible for transfers.

Competitions Contact
If your parent organisation creates draws, you can enter a primary email address for competition related emails.
9. Enable Competition Reminders
Tick this checkbox to activate email reminders about upcoming Team Entry Cut-off dates. These reminders will be automatically sent 3 business days before the team entry cut-off date is reached.
This feature is commonly used by College Sport organisations, where the system sends a reminder to the designated school contact when team entries are about to close.
10. Email for Competitions
Enter the email address of the person who should receive reminder emails for competition closing dates (if enabled) and emails from the Competition Organiser if draw changes are made. Only one email address can be entered per organisation. Important: If more than one email address is entered, no emails will be sent.
Setting up Email Forwarding
If more than one person needs to receive the reminders, we recommend setting up a rule in your email client (e.g. Outlook, Gmail) to automatically forward emails to the additional contacts.
Email Subject Lines:
- Competition reminder emails: "Reminder: Deadline for Competition Entries Approaching"
- Fixture update emails: "Fixture Update: {Sport}" (where {Sport} is replaced with the actual sport name)
Forwarding Examples:
- Forward all emails with subject "Fixture Update: Basketball" to your basketball coordinator
- Forward all emails with subject "Fixture Update: Soccer" to your soccer coordinator
- Forward all emails with subject "Reminder: Deadline for Competition Entries Approaching" from the Head of Sport email to the Sports Coordinators.
