To keep a count of attendees present at an event such as a Holiday Programme, use the Roll Call feature that is linked to Attendance Tracking within Online Registrations.
This feature allows multiple roll calls to be recorded throughout the event to keep a count on the number of attendees present. The time, date and who performed the roll call will be recorded each time a roll call is performed.
For example a holiday programme may take a group of individuals to an activity off-site, such as to an indoor rock climbing facility. To ensure that all individuals attending are accounted for throughout the day, a roll call is performed. A count at each roll call is recorded to identify if any individuals are missing, or if all are present.
Perform a Roll Call
1. Login to your Sporty site and from your Dashboard click the Online Registrations tile.
2. Click the Attendance icon.
3. Click Roll Call. If you have already performed a roll call, there may be a number noted as a count to show how many roll calls have been performed.
4. Click New Roll Call.
5. Tick the checkbox for all the attendees who are present, then click Save.
Each roll call taken throughout the day will be recorded with when (time) and by who the roll call was taken. A count of attendees present at each roll call is displayed on the right.
The example shown below displays a count difference of 2 between 10:10am and 12:30pm, this may be because 2 attendees went home sick.
