Once your KAMAR connection has been enabled, it may take up to 24 hours before your student details become visible to you in TeamBuilder. To view the School Roll, click into the competition in TeamBuilder, then click on the Form drop-down and select School/Student Roll. This will display student details from KAMAR.
Open the team on the right-hand side of the screen, then drag & drop students from your School Roll on the left into the team on the right. This will enter the student into the team and automatically create the registration record for that student. This will be visible to your competition organiser, such as College Sport Auckland or College Sport Wellington.
Note: Student details available from KAMAR are:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Tutor
- Starting Date
- Year Level
- Phone number
- Photo
- Primary Ethnicity
- Secondary Ethnicity
- Parent 1 First Name/Last Name/Email/Phone/Address
- Parent 2 First Name/Last Name/Email/Phone/Address
- Next of kin FirstName/LastName/Phone
If the owner of the registration form has additional question fields for data that is not known to KAMAR, the system will display the partially completed form for you with the known fields pre-filled, so you can complete the missing details and save the form to add the student to the team.
Note: The form must use the system fields for Kamar/Edge for these to prefill from the school roll for you.
