Sporty administrators are able to customise their TeamBuilder view to hide a sport, an organisation, or an individual competition. For example, a school sports coordinator who is only responsible for one sport is able to hide all other sports, so only their relevant one is showing.
Choose which sports you see
In any year with more than one sport being played, you'll see the total number of sports shown.
To modify which sports are being shown:
1. First, click the X sports shown button to open a pop-up modal which will display the sports that are available for the season.
2. From here, you can un-tick any sports you don't want displayed in your view.
3. Click Save Sports once you're done. Now, each time you go into TeamBuilder, you will only see the sport(s) selected.
Note: You can also set selections separately for each year.
Any changes you make are saved against your login, and do not impact other administrators.
Hiding an Organisation or Competition
You can also hide any Competition or Organisation on your TeamBuilder view, to show only those relevant to you.
For example, if your school only has teams entered in one Competition, you can hide the others, and then un-hide them again whenever you like.
Hide an Organisation
To do this, click Hide on the right-hand side of the Organisation you would like to have hidden.
The Organisation will now be hidden, and a Show link will display at the top of the season.
Hide a Competition
To hide a Competition, follow the same steps by selecting Hide on the right-hand side of the Competition you would like to have hidden.
The number of Competitions hidden will now be displayed beside the Organisation, with a Show link next to it.
Un-hide an Organisation or Competition
Tap Show and you'll be able to see your hidden items. If you want to bring back a specific Organisation/Competition, click Restore to bring that item back.

What if I hide something by mistake?
Click Show next to the hidden-item to reveal it, then click Restore to make it permanently visible again.
Does hiding something affect other admins at my organisation?
No, it's tied to your login only.
Will my hidden items come back if I refresh the page?
No, your preferences are saved. You can unhide at any stage.
If I hide a sport for one season/year, why is it still showing in another?
Selections are set separately for each season/year, so you'll need to hide it in each season separately.
