Activating People
As people register as either a Player or a Coach, they are in a Pending state until they are activated by their club administrator. All players must be activated. A person can be activated individually through either Online Registrations or TeamBuilder or SuperCRM. Additionally, players can be activated in bulk via SuperCRM - see this support article.
Online Registrations
All players who register will appear in Online Registrations with the status of Pending. This status will remain as Pending until an administrator activates their registration. This will change their status to Active once approved.
1. From the Dashboard, click the Online Registrations tile and navigate to the folder with the Player or Coach Registration form for the appropriate season.
2. Click the Football Player Registration form to open and view the database.
3. Click the green + button beside the players record to activate their registration.
Clicking the + will change the display from this,
to this.
Repeat this process for all players that you wish to activate.
You can filter the database to only view players who are Pending. To do this, change the filter set for Status.
SuperCRM Activation
Approve an individual registration by clicking into the Registrations tab on a person's profile, then the green + icon.
Alternatively, through SuperCRM there is the ability to bulk activate eligible registrations from a Pending to an Active state. This is recommended process to assist clubs with many registrations to activate.
Registrations requiring further action are not able to be bulk activated. See this support article that explains the bulk activation process.
TeamBuilder
1. From the Dashboard, click the TeamBuilder tile and navigate to the Football competition for the appropriate season.
A player (or coach) who registers will appear in TeamBuilder against the database which they registered to and will be highlighted in red, this indicates their registration requires attention.
Once the player has been moved into a team, both the player on the left-hand view and the team on the right-hand view will be highlighted in red. To view what action the player requires, click into the team on the right.
2. People that require an attention will display with an ! beside their name. This status will remain as ! until an administrator activates their registration changing this status to a tick. Players needs to be activated before being eligible to play.
Click Make Active to activate the player.
The following message will displayed once the person has been activated.
Once activated the player will no longer display in red and will display a tick beside their name rather than an !.
Professional Clubs
Update Player registration from Amateur to Professional
Professional Clubs can update Player Registrations from Amateur Level to Professional Level by opening the registration form, modifying the Registration Level dropdown, and clicking Submit.
This will provide FIFA with dates and information pertaining to their Professional Registration, including if this is their first Professional Registration. This adjustment will be noted on their Player Passport.
