A football player is allowed to be registered for only one club at a time. Eligibility Player Registrations are a special type of registration that allow players to be registered with another organisation.
These registrations are approved by the Federation and NZ Football only. A club administrator cannot approve these registrations.
How the process works
The player registers with Club A on the Football Player Registration form.
Club A approves the player, changing their status from Pending to Active.
The player also wants to play in a competition for Club B.
The player completes the Eligibility Football Player registration form for Club B.
What clubs will see
In Online Registrations, when viewing the Eligibility Football Player database, Club B administrators will see the player's registration status as “Pending.”
The + button will be greyed out, indicating the club cannot approve the player.
What Federations and NZ Football will see
Federation or NZ Football administrators will see the standard green + button beside Pending.
Clicking this button will approve the registration and update the status to Active.
After approval
Once the Eligibility Football Player registration is Active, the player can be selected for a team at Club B in TeamBuilder.
The player will appear in Online Registrations under the Eligibility Football Player form.
In SuperCRM. it is recommended the Federation set a saved filter to display Pending registrations
