Superforms
Superforms are a multi-tier hierarchical registration form created by your national governing body and automatically made available to all affiliated organisations.
Superforms are designed to share registration data from affiliated clubs & schools with their parent body.
Click here to watch the Sporty Ecosystem video that explains how Superforms work.
The parent body sets the data fields required. Each level in the hierarchy can add additional questions to the Superform, which will then be visible to organsiations at the lower level of the hierarchy. For steps on how to do this, click here. Information collected through these additional questions is shared only with the level that created them. For example:
National body questions: Accessible at all levels.
Regional body questions: Visible only to the club and the Regional body.
Club or School questions: Restricted to the Club or School itself.
If an official registration Superform has been applied to your site, registrations must be taken through this form to be able to be visible to your parent body.
For organisations that use SKED competition management module, it is important to always use the Superform as the underlying registration form.
Please note that the ability to use the live scoring app is tied to the Superform. If your organisation creates a competition using a local form, the live scoring app cannot be used.
Local forms
Each Sporty organisation has the ability to create local forms via the Online Registrations area. This is a completely customisable form created by your organisation for your organisation. Information entered into a local form is not made available to your parent organisation.
Examples of local forms are ... a workshop sign up form, selling merchandise, holiday programmes, social membership etc.

FAQs
My organisation has a Sporty site but do not have a Superform applied.
Please contact your parent organisation or support@sportsground.com to have the form applied and your organisation mapped to your parent body.
My organisation has taken registrations against a local form not Superform. What can we do?
The local form can be linked to the Superform (via Advanced Options area of the local form). Registrants can then be rolled forward into the Superform.
