Official registration forms are currently provided by Sporty for Netball NZ, NZ Football, NZ Rugby League, Softball NZ, Touch NZ, Baseball NZ, NZ Inline Hockey, NZ Mounted Games and other NSOs.
Sporty provides a multi-tier hierarchal online registration solution called Superforms. Superforms make it possible for the governing body to set their own question fields on the official registration form for each season, then for regional organisations to add their own fields, and for clubs/schools to add their own fields to their local version of the official form, so that it serves as their own sign-up and member management system.
When regional organisations or clubs/schools add their own question fields to the official form, any data collected by your own fields remain private to your organisation and are not shared upwards. Each level of the hierarchy gets to see only the data relating to your own organisation.
To view and add fields, go to Dashboard > Online Registrations > click the pencil icon to edit the registration form.
The fields in the top section of the form will be greyed out and you will be unable to edit > scroll to the bottom of the form and + Add Section > then Add Question.
Some Superform fields are unable to be edited because they are controlled by your governing body...
Each year, when a new official Superform is made for your sport for the next season, your own organisation's questions, introductory text, and terms and conditions will be copied forward for you automatically. So, you simply need to check these each year the new Superform is released, in case there's anything you want to change.
