When editing a registration Superform for your club or school, you can decide which grades are available for registrants to select. The Grade List question lets you manage grade options directly within your form, making it easy to guide players, coaches, or managers to the correct grade during registration.
The Grade List question uses a modal, making it clearer and simpler to select exactly which grades you want displayed. This helps ensure people only see relevant choices when filling out your form.

What is the Grade List Question?
The Grade List question is a field that includes a list of all of the grades available for registration. On a Superform, these grades are inherited from the organisations above you in the sport hierarchy.
It controls the list of registration grades shown to people completing your form, so only the grades you pick are visible. This helps reduce mistakes and streamlines the registration process for everyone.
Note: Some sports will not include a Grade List question on the Superform.
How to Access the GradeList Question Modal
1. Once logged in, navigate to the Dashboard, open Online Registrations and find the form you will be editing
2. Click the edit pencil icon to open the form into edit mode
3. Scroll down to the Grade List question and click on the white drop-down box
4. The Grade List question modal will open
What Are Active Competition Grades?
Active Competition Grades are grades in competitions you are registered for.
What are Other Grades?
Other Grades are available, but you aren't currently competing in competitions that use these.
How to Select Which Grades Appear
All grades from your sport hierarchy are listed in the modal. You can select or un-select the grades you want shown in your Superform.
Clubs may choose not to display all grades if some are not relevant. For example, if a club does not enter teams into a particular grade, they may wish to hide that grade so it cannot be selected by people when registering.
Searching and Filtering Grades
Use the search bar at the top of the modal to quickly find specific grades. You can also scroll to browse through all available options.
Deselecting Grades
To remove a grade from appearing on your form, simply un-tick the checkbox next to that grade in the modal.
To add a grade, tick the checkbox so it becomes selected.
In some cases, clubs may want to limit the number of registrations allowed for a specific grade - for example, a popular grade where the club can only accept a certain number of players. Once that grade becomes full, a club administrator may wish to remove it from the list of available options on the registration form. This can be done by deselecting (un-ticking) the grade from the Grade List question.
Note: Deselecting a grade does not affect anyone who is already registered to that grade. It simply means the grade will no longer be visible as an option for people completing the form.
Saving Your Changes
Once you have finished picking the grades you want shown, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the modal.
What Registrants Will See
When someone fills out your registration form, only the grades you have chosen will be available to select. This ensures registrants are guided to the correct grades and helps prevent errors.
Note: Form administrators will continue to see hidden grades when registering to the form.
