Conflicting scores
Every time a goal is recorded, the app will check within 10 seconds that the opposition has recorded the same score. This 10 second delay gives the opposition time to input their observed goal.
If the scores match, the score will be displayed in green on your app.
If the scores do not match, the score will be displayed in red on your app.
If the scores are different and displayed in red, you can wait until the next goal for the app to perform another check to confirm your scores are now the same or tap the refresh icon to complete a manual check.
If the score is still different, both scorers can discuss this at the end of the quarter. You can edit the game event on the timeline to make any corrections to align the score.
If the score is contested, tap View Score to open the game events timeline where the final score you submitted appears at the top of the screen. Edit Score will appear as an option to tap in place of the timestamp indicating when the final score was submitted.
If you can identify where the mistake was made, tap Edit Score to add/edit/delete any game event recorded (see editing the timeline). When you have corrected the mistakes tap Done and the score will be displayed in green on the playlist indicating that it is confirmed.

App Connectivity
Launching the app for the first time
When you login to the app for the first time, please ensure your phone is connected to the internet (either WiFi or data network).
The app will download all your relevant game information the first time you login, including the details of players in the grade for your team and two grades above/below your grade. This may take a minute or two, depending on the total number of players.
Working offline
The app is designed to function offline. However, if you plan to use the app without an internet connection, we recommend launching it while online before your game. This ensures any recent updates to game information are synced.
If the app is open and your connection is weak or unavailable, you'll see a message bar saying: "Poor Connection”.
When you click on the yellow bar to reconnect, the app will attempt to refresh the screen and sync any recent information if there is sufficient internet connection.
You will be unable to select players from other squads or see the opposition team sheet while offline.
If you try to submit a team sheet while offline, you will see the message "Team sheet not been sent”.
To reattempt to send the team sheet, you need to close and reopen the app and click on the Login/Chat icon.
If you try to submit your score when offline, the message will read "Results not sent”.
When you are back online, close and reopen the app and click on the Login/Chat icon to submit your score.
You may also see “Offline” if your device is disconnected from the internet.
Click on the Officials icon to reattempt submitting the score. The red bar will disappear if it has been sent.
