Competitions can be stored in folders created in SKED. All existing competitions appear in a folder called General, and each season (or year) has its own General folder. As new competitions are created, you’ll be prompted to select an existing folder or create a new one to store them in.

When opening SKED in a season with existing competitions, the folder drop-down displays all folders that have been set up.
Select a folder, and the Select competition... drop-down will then display only the competitions stored in that folder.
For example, the Athletics folder has three competitions saved within it, as shown below.
To change which folder a competition is stored in, edit a competition.
Create Competition Folders
Via Organisation Settings
1. Go to Organisation Settings.
2. Click the Competition Folders tab.
3. All folders that have been created appear here. If none have been manually set up, the only folder you’ll see is General, which is created automatically.
4. To add a new folder, click + Add Folder.
5. Enter the folder name and click Save.
While adding a competition
1. When adding a competition, clicking Save & Continue will prompt you to select the folder you want to save it in.
2. Select the folder, then click Create Competition.
You can also create a folder on the fly here if it hasn’t already been set up in Organisation Settings:
1. Click + Create Folder.
2. Enter the folder name, then click the save icon to save, or the X icon to cancel.
3. The new folder is automatically selected - confirm it’s the right one, then click Create Competition.
