Pre-season check list

Many major sports codes use Sporty Superforms to take registrations. With Superforms, the official registration form for your organisation is automatically applied to your Sporty site each year.

Here's a quick pre-season checklist along with links to online support to ensure you're good to go for taking registrations.

The key steps for taking registrations are:

  1. IMPORTANT: Set your online form to be CLOSED until you've configured the form for your club. Do this by setting the setting the Start date for entries to a date in the future as explained here. 
  2. Edit your online form to your own introductory text, question fields, terms, and products/pricing (if any). As per these instructions to Edit a Form. If you did this last year, the form for the new year will automatically inherit those same settings. So, check your text and pricing to ensure it is still relevant for the new year.
  3. Select the grades to display for people registering.
  4. If you're letting people pay you online, add 'products' and pricing to your form.
  5. You can also integrate with accounting systems Xero or MYOB.
  6. Once you're happy with your form, display the form for new members to register, and also invite existing members back to re-register:
