Adding a new registration
If your club/school is affiliated with more than one regional organisation (e.g. participating in competitions at two different netball centres), members need only to register once. Then using the Add Registration feature in SuperCRM, they can be added to the other organisation without re-entering their details.
The Add Registration feature can also be used to register existing participants to a new season or registration form, if you have been provided delegated authority to do so.
1. Log in to your Sporty site and from the Dashboard, click the SuperCRM tile.
2. Search for the person's record and click into it.
3. Click the Registrations tab.
4. Click + Add Registration.
5. Select the Folder and Form that you want to add a registration to for this person.
6. Click Add. This will open the registration form. Any known fields are already pre-populated.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the form and click Submit.
IMPORTANT: If there are additional questions required to be completed on the new registration form, including accepting terms and conditions, you MUST ensure that you have their permission to do so beforehand.
8. The new instance of registration will appear within the Registrations tab against the person.
Modifying an existing registration
If an individual has some details on their registration that are missing or out of date, a CRM administrator can update the registration by clicking on the green magnifying glass icon next to their registration.
This will open a window with their full registration. You can now update the registration as though you were modifying it from the Sporty Online Registrations view.
Approving an existing registration
If an individual has a Pending registration awaiting approval, this can also be actioned from the Registrations tab. Simply find the registration you wish to have approved and click the green + icon.
This option will only be available in CRM when the registration is in a Pending state. If the registration is already approved (or in a third state), the green + icon will not be available. When used, Sporty will approve the registration.
If the registration would require a transfer for another organisation before they can be approved, Sporty will ask whether you wish to invoke a transfer or permit & the standard process will begin.
