Grade Eligibility
Individuals can be placed into teams with grades they’re ineligible for via TeamBuilder, but they will be flagged with a ! warning in the team modal, and their name will appear in red.
If an individual is ineligible due to School Sport eligibility requirements, the team will be outlined in red. It is then up to the school or club to either remove the player from the team or request an exemption from the competition owner.
Note: Grade eligibility criteria are only applied to registrants with the role of Player or Participant.
Team Modal Warning for Ineligible Participants
If a participant is ineligible to enter, they will display a ! against their person in TeamBuilder.
Clicking the ! will display a message explaining why they are ineligible. This will vary depending on the reason why the participant is flagged.
Teams containing individuals registrations that don't meet eligibility requirements will be displayed with a red outline. This is a visual indicator for the administrator to identify there is a requirement not met with that team.
