I never got my email with my access details?
Check your Junk/Spam email. Your username will most likely be the email address that you registered with. You can contact your Appointments Officer to confirm this, then reset your password if required.
If you still cannot login, contact support@sportsground.co.nz with your name and officials association/centre. We can then send to you your username and a temporary password.
What happens if a game that I have been appointed to has the time/venue/date changed?
You will receive an email notifying you of the change, with a request for you to Accept or Decline the appointment again, as this change may mean you are now unavailable.
What happens if a game that I have been appointed to is defaulted/postponed/cancelled?
You will receive an email notifying you of the new status of the fixture. You will be unassigned from the fixture, and may be assigned to a different fixture, or the same fixture when it is rescheduled depending on your Appointment Officer's needs. You do not need to attend a game that you have been advised has been defaulted, postponed or cancelled.
I don’t know my username
Your username will most commonly be the email address that you register with each year as an official.
I don't know my password
Tap Forgot Password from the login screen, then enter the email address that you register with each year as an official.
