Officials - Vehicle Certificate of Description Audit

A Certificate of Description Audit is done to review and confirm that a Certificate of Description Audit is correct and the vehicle is what it says it is. 

Conduct a Certificate of Description Audit

1. Click the three dots menu 
2. Click on Certificate of Description Audit
3. Complete the required fields on each page and click Next. Note: if an inspection point is failed a comment is required before being able to proceed. 
4. On the final page populate the Overall Result to record the overall pass/fail result
5. Click Next to summary
6. Review the application as a whole once completed, press Save to complete and submit the form.

An audit can be completed on a vehicle multiple times and will be recorded in the vehicle's digital logbook.
