To download an event, click the arrow button next to the event dropdown. Once downloaded, the event shows a Last Updated timestamp. Multiple events can be downloaded at the same time, and events can be re-downloaded to refresh their data.
Downloading an event downloads:
- Any registered and approved drivers/entrants/officials
- Any vehicles owned or borrowed by competitors
- All app forms
- Current licence/vehicle status
When offline, a banner displays at the top of the screen:
Forms completed offline are saved to the device until it reconnects to the internet, at which point they upload automatically to the server.
When offline, you can still complete a licence event sign-in and vehicle safety audit even if the licence has outstanding conditions. This is so conditions can be cleared manually with paper forms, without stopping anyone from competing.
Exclusions
A few things aren't available offline:
- Licence or vehicle history
- The ability to clear or update statuses - if a condition is cleared on paper in the field, it needs to be entered into the system once back online.
- Profiles
- Signing in drivers who registered while offline
