MSNZ: Officials - Vehicle Safety Structure Inspection

A safety structure inspection is required to check that the safety structure is compliant. It is required when a safety structure application is lodged. The vehicle is not able to race until the inspection is completed and the application is approved. 

Conduct a Safety Structure Inspection

1. Select the Officials button tile
2. Search for the vehicle
3. Click the three dots menu
4. Click on Safety Structure Inspection
5. Complete the required fields on each page and click Next. Note if an inspection point is failed a comment is required before being able to proceed. 
6. On the final page populate the Overall Result to record the overall pass/fail result
7. Click Next to summary
8. Review the application as a whole once completed, press Save to complete the form.

Once the inspection has been completed, the overall result will update the pending authority card application. The MSNZ office will then be notified and will review the application and inspection to approve/decline the application.
