MSNZ: Officials - Vehicle Seals

Any seals that are attached to the vehicle can be recorded and viewed in the View Seals menu on the vehicle record. 

Adding a Seal 

1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner
2. Click View Seals
3. To add a new seal, click New Seal
4. Complete the required fields, then click Save to complete the form

The seal will now display on the Seals Screen.

Seals Screen

The Seals Screen displays a list of all seals recorded against the vehicle, showing the date, category/type, and component sealed.

Removing a Seal

Click the seal you want to update. A screen opens where you can review the expiry date and record whether the seal was removed before or after that date. If the seal was removed before its expiry date, an infringement may need to be raised separately, outside this form.
