MSNZ: Officials - Vehicle Seals

Any seals that are attached to the vehicle can be recorded and viewed in the View Seals menu on the vehicle record. 

 

Adding a Seal 

  1. Click the three dots menu 
  2. Click on View Seals
  3. To add a new seal click New Seal
  4. Complete the required fields, then press Save to complete the form
  5. The seal will now display on the Seals Screen

Seals Screen

The seals screen displays a list of all current seals that are recorded against the vehicle. It displays the date, category/type and the component sealed.

 

Removing a Seal

Click on the seal you want to update. A screen opens to review the expiry date and record if the seal was removed in compliance. If the seal was removed before the expiry date, an infringement may need to be raised separately.
