To have an event sanctioned by Speedway NZ, an Event Permit Application must be completed and approved. The application captures all key event details, including the event name, type, date, and classes.
Once approved, this information is used to automatically publish the event to the Speedway New Zealand calendar and create the required Event Entry forms.
