How to Access Game Event Reports
Game Event Reports can be accessed in SKED via the Draws & Results tab.
Note: The report contents will be determined by the current fixture filters.
Festival Team Report
The Festival Team Report calculates an Average score and Ranking for each team, based on their TotalPoints and Count.
The TotalPoints value is the sum of all scores submitted in the questions on the Game Feedback and Game Feedback (from Referee) forms submitted for them. There are two single-choice questions on each form, each answerable with a value from 1 to 5.
The Count value is the sum of unique question responses to those questions (this is because the Game Feedback form submitted by other teams doesn’t require an answer to one of the questions).
E.g., Team A has two Game Feedback forms submitted for them by other teams, and one Game Feedback (from Referee) form submitted for them by a referee of one of their fixtures.
- TeamB submits a score of 4 for the first question and no answer for the second question.
- TeamC submits a score of 5 for the first question and a score of 3 for the second question.
- The referee submits a score of 4 for the first question and a score of 4 for the second question.
This results in a TotalPoints value of 20 and a Count value of 5.
Best and Fairest Team Report
The Best and Fairest Team Report also calculates an Average score and Ranking for each team based on their TotalPoints and Count, but only uses the values from answers to the On-field sportsmanship question on the Game Feedback and Game Feedback (from Referee) forms. Both forms require an answer to this question.
