The web view of an online form will display differently if you are logged in as an administrator. To see the public view, log out of your Sporty site, use a different browser, or open the form in private/incognito mode.
When you are logged in as an administrator, you will see fields that are set to Admin Only. These are fields not displayed to the public.
Sporty will display a red ribbon across the top of your web form to remind you that you are viewing the form as an administrator.
Other differences between what the public sees, and what an administrator logged into Sporty sees.
Attendance fields
Public view: If the form includes an attendance field, users can tick a checkbox to show they will attend.
Administrator view: Admins see an extra Attended checkbox to mark that the person was there.
Pay Later Option
Public view: If payment is required on submission, users will only see the selected payment options.
Administrator view: Admins can choose Pay Later to bypass the payment if completing the form on behalf of a member. T
