Club Actions

Club Registration Administrators can add a player agreement and request approval:

Upload Player Agreement and Request Approval

1. Access the player's registration record
2. Select the "Add Player Agreement" option
3. Complete required fields including
   • Date From
   • Date To
   • Upload Player Agreement Attachment
   • Set Contract Status
4. Check the box "Ready for Approval"
5. Click Submit

Monitor pending player agreements

Set a filter to monitor Player Registrations where "Ready for Approval" is Checked, but "Agreement Approved" is Unchecked

Federation Actions

Registration Administrators will review and approve player agreements

Approve or decline agreements as appropriate

Filter to Pending Player Agreements to view agreements that require action.

Open the registration then click the attached Player Agreement to review the contents.

If the Agreement is appropriate, check the "Agreement Approved" checkbox and then click Submit
