Public and private notes can be made against a fixture within SKED. If the note is public, this will display on the Draws & Results widget where anyone viewing the widget can also view the note. This is a great way to communicate fixture related information to viewers.
To view notes made against a fixture, either click the Public Notes or Private Notes hyperlink at the top of the column or click the individual icon beside the specific fixture. Clicking the specific hyperlink will expand each public and or private note field below each fixture.
Notes, both public and private can be included in export files.
Public Notes
Public notes are visible within SKED and on the Draws & Results widget that is publicly visible.
When a public note has been made against a fixture, the note icon will appear solid green. If there is no public note against the fixture, the note icon will appear with a green outline.
The Draws & Results widget displays the public note within the Draws tab & Results tab.
Private Notes
Private notes are only visible to SKED administrators. They can also be included in exported files.
When a private note has been made against the fixture, the thought icon will appear solid green. If there is no private note against the fixture, the thought icon will appear with a green outline.
