Clerk of the Course Report (CoC)
Post Levy Declaration Report (PLD)
The post-event reports are accessible by going into the event and selecting the report at the bottom of the screen. This opens a blank report if one has not yet been submitted for the event, or it will open the existing report for editing.
Clerk of the Course Report (CoC)
Clicking CoC Report opens the report. Complete all sections then submit the form.
Clerk of the Course Details
Name and email address details of the clerk of the course.
Report Details
Event Type – ClubSport, Race, Rally this controls what questions are going to be asked
Course/Weather Conditions
Documentation Report – Notes on the documentation process
Scrutineering Report – Notes on the scrutineering process
ClubSport/Race/Rally Details
Details of the event. Different questions will display depending on the selected event type.
Health and Safety Report Details
Health and safety issues and general comments.
Stewards Report
The Head Steward will open the report and complete all sections then submit the form.
Steward Details
Name and email address details of the head steward.
Report Details
Remaining questions detail how the event is managed and if any health and safety issues occur.
Post Levy Declaration Report (PLD)
Submission of the PLD statistics to MSNZ. MSNZ will then manually generate an invoice and send to the club.
Secretary Details
Name and email address details of the event secretary.
Event
Event Statistics Report – the PLD statistics report can be downloaded from the SuperCRM reports screen. This will list all statistics for an event based on the Event Registration database. Clubs will review the statistics report and then submit it to MSNZ via the PLD report.
Event Statistics Report
The club secretary has access to the SuperCRM to run the report. In SuperCRM, locate the reports tab and select the Event Statistics Report. This will generate an Excel or PDF report listing the gender and age of competitors and officials.
Only approved event entries will be counted. Any entries which are pending, waitlisted or withdrawn will be excluded.
