You have the ability to share all forms, a specific form, or specific local question fields on a form to those organisations that are at a higher level than your organisation. Sharing forms can only be done with one organisation at a time.
Sharing forms and fields on a form is a premium features. To enable please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Share all forms
Once enabled this for your organisation, all forms created will be shared with your parent organisation. The organisation that you have your forms shared with will be visible under the Advanced Options within the form settings.

Share a specific form
Once enabled for your organisation, you can select the specific organisation you want to share the form with by going to Advanced Options within the form settings.
In the Share Form With space provided, begin typing in the name of the organisation. A drop down list will appear as you type so that you can select the correct organisation.
Please note that if you have enabled all forms to be shared, you cannot also share another form with yet another organisation.
Share a specific local question field
You can share a specific question on a form with those higher organisations in your hierarchy. Once enabled, you will then see the option when you add a question field to your form to Share the question.
Tick the Shared checkbox to share this question up the hierarchy.
