In SuperCRM you can communicate with members by sending an email or eNewsletter.

How to send an email or eNewsletter
Filter on the group of people you want to communicate with by clicking the Filters icon in SuperCRM.

Click the Contact icon.
Select either Send Email or Send eNewsletter from the options listed.
Send Email
When sending an email or eNewsletter you can click on the To list to include sending to parent/guardians. This is useful when sending to two separate parent/guardians.
Send eNewsletter
Select the eNewsletter you wish to send, or create a new eNewsletter. See here for more information on creating and sending an eNewsletter.
A pop up will appear on screen confirming the number of eNewsletters to be sent.
Sending the eNewsletter from SuperCRM will record this in the timeline of the recipient.
Scheduling an Email or eNewsletter
Rather than sending immediately, you can schedule an email or eNewsletter to go out at a specific date and time. This can be useful for planned announcements or reminders.
When on the send screen, tick the Scheduled checkbox and use the date and time picker to select when you'd like it to go out. See here for full details on scheduling emails and eNewsletters.
Note: For any communication that is sent out via SuperCRM, the person receiving the communication has the option to unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the communication.
