In SuperCRM you can communicate with members by sending an email or eNewsletter.

How to send an email or eNewsletter
1. Filter on the group of people you want to communicate with by clicking the Filters icon in SuperCRM.

2. Click the Contact icon.
3. Select either Send Email or Send eNewsletter from the options listed.
4. When sending an email or eNewsletter you can click on the To list to include sending to parent/guardians. This is useful when sending to two separate parent/guardians.
Note: You must provide a subject for the email to be sent. If no subject is entered, an error message will appear to prompt you to add one.
5. Select the eNewsletter you wish to send. See here for more information on creating a eNewsletter.
A pop up will appear on screen confirming the number of eNewsletters to be sent.
Sending the eNewsletter from SuperCRM will record this in the timeline of the recipient.
For any communication that is sent out via the SuperCRM, the person receiving the communication has the option to unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the communication.
