You can send an email to specific organisation contacts based on their Job Function identified on the Organisation Contacts form. This communication will then be logged against the individual contacts timeline, as well as against their organisations timeline.
To be able to do this you first must have the organisation contacts added to the Organisation Contacts form - see this article for assistance.
If you are an RSO or RST your organisation contacts are automatically populated due to the hierarchy of clubs and schools associated to your organisation.
In either instance, to ensure that any changes are captured and updated we recommend sharing or displaying the organisation contacts form to request that organisation contacts update their details if there are any changes - see this article for assistance.
Send an Email
1. From the SuperCRM, click the Organisations tab.
2. Click Email.
3. The contact modal will open, click Send Email.
4. Enter the Subject, then click the To field.
5. A list of email groups will be displayed for you to select from. These are derived from the organisations' profiles and the Job Functions field in the Organisation Contact Form.
In this scenario, we are sending out an email to all the secretaries of the organisations in our database.
6. Fill out the rest of the email. When you are done, click on Review and Send.
A pop up modal will confirm your action, click on Send.
This email will then be logged in the persons' timeline and their organisations' timeline.
