Emails & eNewsletters
Schedule Emails & eNewsletters
No need to send emails right away. You can now schedule your emails and eNewsletters to go out at a future date and time that suits you.
Character Count for Subject Lines
eNewsletter subject lines now show how close you are to the 150 character limit, so there's no more guessing whether it'll get cut off.
SuperCRM
Filter by Unassigned Players
CRM administrators can now filter for players who haven't yet been assigned to a team - handy for catching anyone who's slipped through the cracks.
Grade & Team Column Improvements
The Grade and Team columns in CRM have been merged into a single column, with improvements to column width and text wrapping so everything is easier to read at a glance.
Registrations Open in a Modal
Opening a registration from TeamBuilder within the CRM does so in a modal.
Football Accreditations
Accreditations are now supported for football, giving admins better visibility of who holds what.
Online Registrations
Changes to Aging-Out Rules
Updated the rules that determine when a member ages out of a grade, to better reflect how organisations actually run their competitions.
SKED
Interval Dropdown Now in Venue View
The interval dropdown is now available when working in the SKED venue view.
Faster Comp Builder
Dropdowns in the SKED competition builder now load faster.
Max Players Setting for School Football
Added a 'max players' setting in SKED for Football (School Sport), so schools can cap squad sizes to suit their competition.
Other Improvements
Improved behaviour for fixtures that affect playoff or crossover team population, and fixtures using team placeholders.
Website & Widgets
CSV Export for Draws & Results
You can now export the Draws & Results widget to CSV, making it much easier to pull your fixtures and results into a spreadsheet.
Other Improvements
Custom domains are now retained on invitation and widget links when a club is using its own domain for view pages.
Sporty AI
Better Voice Recognition
Improved SportyAI's audio recognition so it's less likely to mistake background noise for speech.
Other Improvements
A few smaller updates this month: updating a referee's email address will now also update their username, and the 'email team' function in TeamBuilder has been updated for a more consistent look and feel with the rest of Sporty.
