This feature is currently only available to organisations associated with New Zealand Football.
The accreditation feature in SuperCRM allows authorised users to view, filter, and report on accreditations for referees, coaches, and other officials. Accreditations may include qualifications, certifications, or licences that are important for appointment, regulatory, and evidence purposes. This feature ensures that federations, NZ Football, clubs, and schools can easily confirm an individual's accreditation status, support appointments, and communicate directly with groups who hold specific credentials.

What Is an Accreditation
An accreditation is an official recognition, qualification, or licence held by a person, such as a referee level, coaching badge, or first aid certificate. These are recorded against each individual’s profile in SuperCRM, where details such as start date, expiry, and issuing authority are displayed.
Who Can View Accreditation Details?
Accreditation details are visible to:
- Any organisation a person is currently registered to, including clubs and schools.
- Any organisation they were previously registered to within the NZ Football hierarchy, such as federations or NZ Football itself.
- Federation and NZ Football staff, where necessary, to support appointments and regulatory checks.
- To a coach or player viewing their MySporty Profile
Note: Even if someone has not been associated with a club or school for several years, any historical accreditations remain visible to those organisations for reference and compliance purposes.
