Our team will do our best to meet your needs. In most cases, our solutions and level of service achieve this. If they fall short, we will try to remedy the situation. We’ll often work long days and donate personal time to help you. Our technology is continuously being extended so we take feedback positively and include it in our development roadmap where we can.
Exclusions
Sometimes we encounter people whose approach is aggressive, combative, antagonistic, or simply rude and unpleasant. Some people prefer to complain loudly about problems rather than working to find solutions. Some expectations are unrealistic or we are asked to provide something that simply isn’t the best answer. In the famous quote attributed to Henry Ford, “If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.”
Our Policy
If you work constructively with us, we’ll do our best to help you. However, if you breach this Code of Conduct or our Zero Tolerance to Abuse then we reserve the right to disengage with you and to lodge a formal complaint through whatever channels are available to us.
