MySporty Profile is your personal profile on the Sporty platform that keeps all of your sports registrations, relationships, records, and payments in one place. It is designed to make it easy for you to view and update your details, see all organisations you have registered with, and manage information for yourself and your family - all from a single login.
This article explains how the login process works and an overview of each tab you’ll find within your MySporty Profile.
Only some clubs have access to MySporty Profile. This feature is currently restricted to Football and Rugby League Clubs.

Logging In to MySporty Profile
To access your MySporty Profile, you need to log in with the email address you used for your registration.
How to log in:
- Navigate to MySporty Profile
- Enter your email address and click Next
Note: If you check on "Remember me on this device", navigating to MySporty Profile will automatically arrive on your profile. - You will receive a verification code to your email. Enter this code, then click Submit Access Code. Alternatively, a link will be provided in the email to log you in directly
- Congratulations! You are now logged in and can access your MySporty Profile
Emails Linked to More Than One Person/Club
If Your Email Is Associated with More Than One Person
If your email address is linked to more than one individual (for example, you registered your children using your email), after logging in you will see a list of all people attached to your email.
How this works:
- Each person’s name will appear as a separate profile tile
- Click the name of the person whose details you want to view or manage
- You can switch between profiles at any time from within MySporty Profile
This setup keeps family or group accounts simple and secure.
If Your Email Is Linked to One Person with Multiple Organisations
If your email is only linked to one person, but that person has registered with more than one club, association, or organisation, you will see all of their connected organisations listed in your MySporty Profile.
What this looks like:
- Each organisation’s logo or name will be shown within your profile
- Select the organisation you wish to review more details about—such as specific registrations or teams
- All your sports involvement is viewable in one place, even if you take part in several organisations
Pictured above: Beatrice and George Fields are both registered to one club. Beatrice is also registered to a second club. By clicking on one of the three logos we can view the respective profiles for each of these clubs.
Additional features available from the Associated Profiles view:
- By clicking the + Icon for a person, you can register them directly with another club. To save you time, these registrations will automatically populate with the details used with your previous clubs (and allow you a quick review to ensure all details are up to date).
- You may register an entirely new, separate individual with any club. These will not populate with your prior details and will be treated as a distinct individual. Once their registration is completed, they too can be managed from the MySporty Profile.
Profile Tab
The ‘Profile’ tab shows your main personal information. Note that, if the individual is associated with multiple clubs (such as Beatrice in our above example), the details provided are specifically the details supplied to that individual club.
What you’ll see here:
- Your Name and Contact Details
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Emergency Contact
- Photo (if uploaded)
This is where you check, update, or correct your core details, which are used for all your registrations. If any of these are out of date, you can use the green pencil icon in the top right to update these.
Registrations Tab
The ‘Registrations’ tab displays every registration you have made through Sporty. If, as per above, the email is linked to multiple persons/clubs, the tab will only display the registrations for the currently selected Person/Club.
Here you can see a full list of your registrations with your club. These will include your current registrations and registrations for prior seasons. They will also show, where applicable, the grades, teams, and roles you have associated with these registrations for a given season.
From this view, you can quickly review or update the details of anything you have signed up for.
The green pencil icon next to a registration will allow you to view the full registration, as well as make any desired changes. If any of these changes would include the purchase of additional products (such as changing grades), you will be able to pay as well.
If one of your registrations has an icon with the circular arrows, this means a new season for that sport is now available. Clicking this icon will prepare a registration for the new season using all the same details for the prior season.
The red END icon will be available for Football Registrations. Using this will send an email to the club administrators, requesting your registration with the club be Terminated.
Accreditations Tab
If your governing body utilises Sporty Accreditations, the Accreditations tab will show your achieved accreditations, including current status and expiry date.
Relationships Tab
The Relationships tab will show
- Parent/Guardian 1
- Parent/Guardian 2
- Next of Kin
Their First/Last name, as well as their contact phone number, will be visible (if it has been provided). If any details are out of date, they can be updated via the green pencil icon in the top right of the screen.
Fixtures Tab
The Fixtures tab will show all games, both upcoming and past, that your sport team(s) have for the current season.
Information includes:
- Event dates and times
- Opponent names
- Venue locations
- Team names
Games are colour coded to allow you to quickly identify which are upcoming and which have already occurred.
Green = Game has been scored
Blue = Game is currently in progress
Red = Game has been cancelled or otherwise delayed from its originally planned date
Black = Game is upcoming
If you wish to see the specifics of a scored game, simply click into it. From here, you will be able to view the details, Team lineup for both teams, and timeline of events as they occurred.
Why use this tab?
It’s an easy way to keep track of what’s coming up, so you and your family never miss a game.
Statistics Tab
The ‘Statistics’ tab provides a summary of your involvement and achievements.
What’s included:
- Appearances (number of games played)
- Goals, tries, or other sport-specific stats (if available)
The default (Career) screen will show your full statistics for as long as you have been with your club. Both a total summary and a breakdown for each season.
If you click into one of those seasons, you will be brought to the Season view. This will provide a further breakdown of how you performed in each competition for the season.
How this helps:
View your progress through the season or check your personal record at a glance.
Financial Tab
The ‘Financial’ tab shows a history of all payments you have made - or still need to make - for things like registrations, uniforms, or other fees.
What you’ll find:
- Invoices and receipts
- Status of each payment (paid or outstanding)
- The organisation or club associated with each payment
Clicking the green $ symbol next to any of your still-outstanding fees will bring you directly to the payments screen for that registration (allowing you to handle all your payments from this one convenient screen).
Benefits:
This helps you keep on top of bills and ensures you know exactly what has been paid, and what’s still due.
