Coming Soon
We're rolling ClubMate Profile out over the next few weeks. Your club will be notified as soon as it's switched on and available. In the meantime, here's what to expect.
Your ClubMate Profile makes it easy to see and manage all of your club registrations, contact details and payment history in one place. Importantly, ClubMate lets you stay connected with your club online without needing to remember a username and password.
ClubMate Profiles are being released sport by sport, starting with all New Zealand Football clubs and all New Zealand Rugby League clubs. The service needs to be enabled by your own club before you can access your profile with your club.
Once enabled, you simply enter your email address and click a one-time-link to remain logged in. Then you can easily sign up for holiday programmes, make bookings, process payments, update your contact details and interact with your club.
This article explains how to access your ClubMate Profile and showcases some of its features.
IMPORTANT: Each club decides whether they wish to enable ClubMate Profiles for their club. Not all features are available to all clubs. Simply enter your email address and you'll receive a one-time-link to see what you have access to.

Logging in to your ClubMate Profile
To access your ClubMate Profile, go to www.sporty.co.nz/clubmate or click the ClubMate icon from your mobile app, then simply enter the email address you used when registering with your club.
Full instructions for how to log in:
- Go to www.sporty.co.nz/clubmate or click the ClubMate icon from your mobile app.
- Enter your email address that you used when registering with your club, then click Send email.
Note: tick "Remember me on this device" and you'll be able to return to your ClubMate Profile in the future without needing to enter your email. Do not do this if you're using a public computer. - You will be emailed a one-time-login link as well as a backup code. If you're able to receive email on the same device, simply click the link in the email. If you check your email on a different device, simply get the backup code from the email to complete the login process.
When your email address is associated with more than one person or club
ClubMate uses your email address to identify which profiles / accounts you can access. It's okay for your email address to be associated with more than one person (for example, you used your email address when registering your children), or more than one club (for example, you used your email address to register with more than one club).
If your email address is associated with more than one person or club, simply click the club for whichever profile you wish to access. You can switch from one ClubMate Profile to another later if you wish.
In the example above, Beatrice Fields and George Fields were both registered using the same email address - Beatrice to two different clubs and George just to one club. Click one of the club logos to access the profile / account for the person at that club.
You can also do other things from this view:
- You can register an existing person with a new club by clicking the + Icon for the person.
- You can register a new person with any club, which will create a ClubMate Profile for that new person.
NOTE: ClubMate lets you access Profiles for the most recent club within the last 3 years per sport that your email address was used to register. If your email address has subsequently changed and you're unable to clear emails sent to your old address, ask your club to update your email address in Sporty for you. Then you can use it to access your Profile(s).
When you access a ClubMate Profile / Account you'll see a number of tabs. These are explained below.
Profile Tab
The ‘Profile’ tab shows details held by the selected club, such as Name, Contact Details, Date of Birth, Address and Photo. If any details are incorrect, you can update them here by selecting the green pencil icon.
Registrations Tab
The ‘Registrations’ tab lists the registrations made with the club using your email address.
The green pencil icon lets you view the registration record and update it (if enabled).
If one of your registrations has an icon with the circular arrows, this means a new season for that sport is now available. Clicking this icon will prepare a registration for the new season using all the same details for the prior season.
The red END icon is available for New Zealand Football registrations. Using this will send an email to the club administrators, requesting your registration with the club be Terminated.
The green +Register button makes it easy to complete any online forms available from the club, such as to sign up for Holiday Programmes or to book a practice session with a KartSport Club.
Accreditations Tab
If the governing body for your sport has enabled the Accreditations module from Sporty, the Accreditations tab will list any accreditations you have achieved, including current status and expiry date.
Relationships Tab
The Relationships tab will show
- Parent/Guardian 1
- Parent/Guardian 2
- Next of Kin
Their First/Last name, as well as their contact phone number, will be visible (if it has been provided). If any details are out of date, they can be updated via the green pencil icon in the top right of the screen.
Fixtures Tab
The Fixtures tab will show all game fixtures (previous and upcoming) for your team(s) in the current season.
Information includes:
- Event dates and times
- Opponent names
- Venue locations
- Team names
Games are colour coded to allow you to quickly identify which are upcoming and which have already occurred.
Green = Game has been scored
Blue = Game is currently in progress
Red = Game has been cancelled or otherwise delayed from its originally planned date
Black = Game is upcoming
If you wish to see details of a scored game, simply click into it. From here, you can see the Match Centre view for the game, including team lineups and game events from the match.
Statistics Tab
The ‘Statistics’ tab provides a summary of your past games and achievements.
What’s included:
- Appearances (number of games played)
- Goals, tries, or other sport-specific stats (if available)
The default (Career) screen will show your full statistics for as long as you have been with your club. Both a total summary and a breakdown for each season.
If you click into one of those seasons, you will be brought to the Season view. This will provide a further breakdown of how you performed in each individual competition for the season.
Financial Tab
The ‘Financial’ tab shows your payment history with the selected club, such as for membership fees, holiday programmes, merchandise, bookings, and other fees.
Clicking the green $ symbol next to any of your still-outstanding fees will bring you directly to the payments screen for that registration (allowing you to handle all your payments from this one convenient screen).
