The Support & Community tile on the Dashboard will direct you to your Zendesk account where you can submit support tickets and monitor their progress.
To do this, just click on the Support & Community tile.
This will automatically take you to your Zendesk account. Click on Submit a Request.
Fill out the form with the details of your query.
As you type in the title of your request, some suggestions of relevant support articles will come up.
Once completed, click on Submit.
You can then view your open queries by clicking on your username and My Activities.
