You may want a page on your site to only be accessible by following a direct link shared by your organisation or set up via a button on your site. We refer to this type of page as being "concealed".
We don't recommend this as it can result in 'orphaned' pages if you fail to provide some other way for visitors to reach the page. However, you may wish to conceal a page to simplify the appearance of your site menu, or to have a page that people can only find by following its specific URL.
Note: The option to 'Conceal' a page differs from the option to 'Hide' a page because when you 'Hide' a page it makes that page unreachable even for people that know its URL address, whereas when you 'Conceal' a page, it remains reachable but simply won't appear publicly in your site menu.

Concealing a page
1. To conceal a page from your menu, login to your site and hover over the name of the page you wish to conceal and click the pencil icon on the corner of the page tab.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Conceal from menu. This will conceal the page so that it no longer appears to the public.
A page that has been concealed has an eye with a line through it as a visual indicator to any site administrator logged in, this shows that the page is not being displayed publicly in the menu.
Displaying a concealed page publicly
To display the concealed page publicly in your menu, hover over the page name and click on the pencil icon in the top right hand corner. Select Display in menu.
The page will now be visible in the menu to the public again and the visual indicator (eye with a line through it) will disappear.
