You can create categories and tags to organise your news articles. This then lets you easily display a particular category of news on a page of the website or within the eNewsletter.

Creating categories
Click on Site Settings > News.
Click on the Categories tab, then type a category in the Category Name text field, and click + Add Category.
Repeat to add more categories.
Now that we have some categories, we can categorise news articles. A news article can have multiple categories.
Categorising News Articles
When adding or editing news articles, there is a Categories heading to the right of the article. Click the drop-down button to select the category you want to add to your article.
Using Categories with the News Feed Widget
You can choose to display news articles from one or multiple categories when using the News Feed Widget.
Add the widget to your site, and scroll down to the Categories drop-down button when in the widget settings. Here, you can select the category you wish to display.
Using Categories with eNewsletters
You can select to display any number of news articles in an eNewsletter from your selected categories. You can choose to display news articles from one or multiple categories.

Creating Tags
Tags are similar to categories, but they are visible to the public and those who are viewing your website can sort the news articles they are reading by tags.
To create a tag, first click on Site Settings > News.
Click on the Tags tab, then type a tag in the Tag Name text field, and click + Add Tag.
Repeat to add more tags.

Using Tags with the News Feed Widget
The same as how you can curate your news articles based on categories, you can display articles from one or multiple tags when using the News Feed Widget.
Add the widget to your site, and scroll down to the Tags drop-down button in the widget settings. Here, you can select the tags you'd like your article to relate to.
You can then set the tag to show on the News Feed Widget by going to the Display tab and ticking on Show article tag. Once ticked, you can then set the Article tag colour.
