In addition to standard vehicle registration, a FIA Technical Passport is required to approve a vehicle for FIA-regulated events.
Completing the Form
FIA Technical Passports can only be applied for by the vehicle owner. Go to your vehicle record, expand the Vehicle History section, and click + Form. Select MSNZ FIA Technical Passport from the dropdown. The vehicle details are pre-filled - complete all other fields, then click Submit. A payment cart will appear for you to pay any fees. MSNZ will then review your application.

Application Status
- Approved - MSNZ has reviewed the application and all conditions are satisfied.
- Declined - MSNZ has reviewed and declined the application.
