Football organisations are able to report on appearances for players, team officials, and referees across seasons at specific levels.

How to Access the Leaderboard Reports
The Leaderboard Reports can be accessed from SuperCRM's Reports page. You can get here by:
1. Open SuperCRM
2. Click Reports
3. The Leaderboard Reports will be available to select
Applying Filters, Sorting, and Exporting
Filters
Each of the Leaderboard Reports can be filtered, sorted, and exported. The filters include: Season, Federation, Club, Grade, and Role. The availability of each filter varies between each of the reports.
Click into each of the filters and select the desired values. These are multi-select fields, so you can include multiple values in each filter.
Click Apply Filters to apply your selections and populate the modal with the report data.
Sorting
Once you have applied filters to populate the report data, you can sort it by any of the included columns. Click the column header to sort the data in ascending order based on that column. Click the same column header again to swap to a descending order. An up arrow indicates that the column is being sorted in ascending order and a down arrow indicates a descending order.
e.g. see the image below which indicates that the report is being sorted by 'Appearances' in a descending order
Exporting
After filtering and sorting your report, you can export it to a CSV file.
Clicking Export CSV will start a background job that will generate the report and email it to you.
A modal will pop up to confirm that the export is being generated.
Players Leaderboard
The Players Leaderboard can be filtered to select data across selected seasons, clubs, and grades. The report will include data for: Person ID, First Name, Last Name, Club, Grade, Appearances, Goals, Starts, and Captaincies.
When the report includes players with data across multiple seasons, the icon will be displayed next to their name and can be clicked to expand their data to show their stats for each season.
Before expanding, their stats are shown as the combined total of the included seasons.
In the expanded section, the value in the Person ID column will be replaced with the season (e.g. 2025) that the data is from.
Team Officials Leaderboard
The Team Officials Leaderboard can be filtered to select data across selected seasons, clubs, grades, and roles. The report will include data for: Person ID, First Name, Last Name, Club, Role, Grade, and Appearances.
Referees Leaderboard
The Referees Leaderboard can be filtered to select data across selected seasons, federations, grades, and roles. The report will include data for: Person ID, First Name, Last Name, Federation, Role, Grade, and Total Games.
