The Vehicles tab is visible in the SuperCRM for both MotorSport New Zealand and Speedway New Zealand, however, only MotorSport New Zealand has the functionality to add a vehicles make and model directly to their CRM database.
Log in to your Sporty site and navigate to the SuperCRM.
The SuperCRM will display three tabs; People, Organisations, Vehicles. Click the Vehicles tab.
For both Speedway and MotorSport, all vehicles registered will be displayed within this tab.
Click into any record to view the vehicle specific details, the timeline of activities against this vehicle, the people associated to this vehicle, forms that are linked to this vehicle, and the vehicles audit trail.
For MotorSport New Zealand only; a self-service option is available to Add Vehicle Make/Model.
In this modal, you can search for an existing Make/Model or add a new Make/Model.
Search for an existing Make/Model: Enter the details in the format of Make/Model and then click the magnifying glass icon. If the Make/Model exists, the Add Make and Add Model fields will be populated with the search result. If the Make/Model does not exist, a 'No matching vehicle' error will be shown.
Add a new Make/Model: Enter the name of the Make and Model into the respective fields and click save.
Delete a Make/Model: Search for an existing Make/Model and then click the Delete button when the search result is shown.
