The Vehicles tab appears in SuperCRM for both MotorSport New Zealand and Speedway New Zealand. However, only MotorSport New Zealand has the functionality to add a vehicle's make and model directly to their CRM database.
Accessing the Vehicles Tab
Log in to your Sporty site and navigate to the SuperCRM.
The SuperCRM will display three tabs; People, Organisations, Vehicles. Click the Vehicles tab.
Viewing Vehicle Records
For both Speedway and MotorSport, all vehicles registered will be displayed within this tab.
Selecting any vehicle record provides access to its details, activity timeline, associated people, linked forms, and audit trail.
Managing Vehicle Make/Model (MotorSport only)
MotorSport New Zealand users can add vehicle makes and models themselves through a dedicated pop-up window.
Search: enter details in Make/Model format and click the magnifying glass icon to search. Matching results populate the fields; non-matches display an error message.
Adding new entries: enter the Make and Model names into their respective fields and click Save.
Deletion: search for an existing Make/Model and click Delete when results appear.
