If you have a current Steward or Clerk of the Course officials licence, you will see the Event Officials tab. This allows you to complete decision forms online.
Issuing a Decision Form
- Select the event
- Search for the competitor
- Click Add Event Note
- Click Add
- Complete the form and submit
