The Account Summary view allows people to view a list of their transactions as recorded in Xero. Since this information is read into Sporty from the person's account in Xero, this feature is only available to organisations that have connected their Xero to Sporty.
When a person completes your online form, Sporty sends them a confirmation email showing the details submitted. If the form is set to raise invoices in Xero, then the confirmation email will automatically include a link that lets the person view their account balance in Sporty:
If a person clicks the link to view their account balance, they will be taken to the Account Summary view that lists all transactions for that person's account in Xero:
Date: The date the online form was submitted.
Invoice Number: The identification number for the invoice
Reference: The name of the online form.
Status: The state of the invoice in Xero: Awaiting Payment, Paid (note that Draft invoices are not displayed).
Due Date: The date payment of the invoice is due.
Payable: The total amount due for the invoice.
Paid: The total amount already paid for the invoice. If payment was made in more than one instalment, this becomes clickable so you can see all instalments paid.
Balance: The outstanding amount still due for payment (if any).
View Invoice: A link to view the invoice.
Pay Invoice: A link to make a payment for that invoice (if online payments are enabled).
